IPSC dynamic shooting section

Deadline:
Beginners – Monday at 6 pm
Advanced – Monday at. 20.00
Duration: 2 hours

Cost: 150 PLN/training

What is the IPSC?

IPSC stands for International Practical Shooting Confederation, the International Practical Shooting Federation based in Canada.

Practical/dynamic shooting is:

  • The ability to shoot accurately, combined with fast and safe movement with a loaded and ready to fire weapon,
  • The ability to quickly draw a weapon, aim and fire shots at various targets as quickly as possible,
  • Moving with the weapon and quickly getting into shooting positions so as to be able to fire accurate shots,
  • The ability to change magazines quickly to be ready to fire more shots all the time,
  • and, above all, zaaaaajeeeeeeefaj fun providing such a dose of adrenaline and endorphins that when you return home you will bestow them on the whole family and neighbors, and still have enough for the whole week!

Dynamic shooting is about constantly improving your skills in the spirit of healthy competition. There are a lot of IPSC competitions in Poland, where you can compare your skills with other athletes training in other clubs. And at the same time give them a decent beating 😉 These competitions are organized at different levels and in different equipment categories, so that there is a choice of competitions at a level adapted to the skills of the player.

Who is the section for?

  • For anyone who wants to learn to shoot quickly and accurately,
  • For people who can already shoot from a standing position, but want to learn how to move with a gun,
  • For people who want to learn how to properly, quickly retrieve a weapon and fire accurate shots,
  • For people who want to learn from scratch in a safe way to run with a loaded gun,
  • For people who want to improve their shooting skills under the guidance of experienced trainers,
  • For people who want to compete in IPSC competitions,
  • For players who already compete in IPSC competitions and want to improve their skills,
  • for those who are bored with the gym, sunset walks, dancing or the pool and are looking for an alternative form of leisure.

If at least one of the above-mentioned points fits you, it means that our IPSC section is also for you!

Do I have to have my own weapon to participate in the section?

Don’t. If you do not own your own weapons, please let us know. Both in the preparatory training and in the section you can participate with equipment rented from Warrior Academy. The cost of renting a weapon with all the equipment depends on the number of shots fired during the training and is PLN 3 per fired 9×19 cartridge.

What does it take to participate in the IPSC Warrior Academy section?

  • Beginners and non-competitors- you sign up for a Preparation Workshop! During this several-hour meeting, the trainer will introduce you to the most important rules of IPSC pistol shooting, teach you the basic elements of shooting technique and explain why balance is needed between speed and accuracy. During the class you will also learn about the safety rules that apply both during training and in dynamic shooting competitions.

Register for the workshop under RESERVATIONS → TRAINING AND PROFESSIONS.

Not bookmarked? Call, write, report, shout that you demand and require and that you need, and it will be given to you 😀 If you push hard enough… we will create a deadline ;D.

  • Advanced people and preparatory workshop – you buy a place on the section in the RESERVATIONS → TRAINING AND COMPETITIONS tab, where you pay for the reservation of a place 50 zł. The remaining amount you pay on the spot on the day of training.
